【背景資料】:瓊脂糖是依靠糖鏈之間的次級鏈如氫鍵來維持網(wǎng)狀結(jié)構(gòu)，網(wǎng)狀結(jié)構(gòu)的疏密依靠瓊脂糖的濃度。一般情況下，它的結(jié)構(gòu)是穩(wěn)定的，可以在許多條件下使用（如水，pH4-9范圍內(nèi)的鹽溶液）。瓊脂糖凝膠在41℃以上開始融化，也不能高壓消毒，可用化學滅菌活處理。
