1.真實性:重組蛋白產(chǎn)品*經(jīng)過N末端氨基酸序列分析,必要時應(yīng)用SDS-PAGE, RP-HPLC和質(zhì)譜(MS)檢測其真實性.
2.純度:應(yīng)用SDS-PAGE和RP-HPLC方法分析產(chǎn)品純度.
3.生物活性:進(jìn)行相應(yīng)的體外(in vitro)或體內(nèi)(in vivo)活性檢測.
