耐油橡膠接頭的超能性能分析
耐油橡膠接頭是在一般橡膠接頭的基礎(chǔ)上研發(fā)的特殊材質(zhì)橡膠接頭,這種橡膠接頭一般采用丁晴橡膠,丁腈橡膠接頭是由丁二烯和丙烯腈經(jīng)乳液聚合法制得的,丁腈橡膠主要采用低溫乳液聚合法生產(chǎn),耐油性*,耐磨性較高,耐熱性較好,粘接力強(qiáng)。其缺點(diǎn)是耐低溫性差、耐臭氧性差,電性能低劣,彈性稍低。
丁腈膠zui大的用途是生產(chǎn)耐油膠管及阻燃輸送帶,其消耗量約占總消費(fèi)量的50%;其次是密封制品,其中約半數(shù)為汽車密封制品;在電線電纜、膠粘劑、印刷和箱包制品等方面也有應(yīng)用。另外,丁腈膠與其他材料共混改性成為目前研究熱點(diǎn)。利用動態(tài)硫化技術(shù)等技術(shù),可以制備丁腈膠/聚氯乙烯、丁腈膠/聚丙烯、丁腈膠/乙丙膠、丁腈膠/聚苯乙烯、丁腈膠/氯磺化聚乙烯、丁腈膠/聚酰胺、丁腈膠/丁基膠等共混產(chǎn)品,其中丁腈膠/聚氯乙烯共混膠用途zui廣泛,主要應(yīng)用于電線電纜行業(yè)。隨著通訊業(yè)快速發(fā)展,在海底電纜領(lǐng)域?qū)σ冶z/聚丙烯有較強(qiáng)競爭力。目前國內(nèi)有近萬家電線電纜企業(yè),每年丁腈膠/聚氯乙烯消耗量很大。另外,該共混膠還可以用于油管和燃油管外層膠、汽車防水密封件和模壓零件、發(fā)泡絕熱層、膠圈。

1.硫化體系:
總的來說,提高交聯(lián)密度可以改善硫化膠的耐油性。在氧化燃油中,用過氧化物或半有效硫化體系硫化的丁晴橡膠,比硫磺硫化的耐油性好。過氧化物硫化體系硫化的丁晴橡膠,在40度穩(wěn)定性,在125度的氧化燃油中則不理想。而用氧化鎘和給硫體系統(tǒng)硫化的丁晴橡膠,在125度的氧化燃油中耐*熱老化性能較好。
2.填充體系和增塑劑:
增加碳黑和白碳黑可以提高耐油性。軟化劑應(yīng)該選用不易被油類抽出的軟化劑。選用低分子聚合物,如低分子聚乙烯,氧化聚乙烯,聚酯類增塑劑和液體橡膠等。極性大,分子量大的軟化劑或增塑劑,對耐油性有利。
