工藝流程：和膏過程中會(huì)產(chǎn)生酸霧及粉塵，需要進(jìn)行處理；噴淋式和膏除塵器采用二級噴淋系統(tǒng)及二級過濾系統(tǒng)，適合處理含少量粉塵的氣體；干凈的水由塔上部噴淋，含塵氣體由塔下部旋流而上；當(dāng)含塵氣體經(jīng)塔下部過濾層時(shí)，粉塵與淋濕的過濾介質(zhì)相遇，粘在過濾介質(zhì)表面，同時(shí)氣體的流速帶動(dòng)過濾介質(zhì)，使得過濾介質(zhì)旋轉(zhuǎn)、跳動(dòng)，可讓過濾介質(zhì)表面各處能充分吸附粉塵，同時(shí)也可讓噴淋液充分沖洗過濾介質(zhì)表面各處，提高過濾面積及效果；經(jīng)過下層過濾層及噴淋系統(tǒng)后，相對潔凈的氣體再次經(jīng)過上層過濾層，進(jìn)行相同的過濾過程，使得氣體的潔凈程度再次提高；zui后氣體經(jīng)過脫液裝置，處理掉氣體中的水分，經(jīng)排放管達(dá)標(biāo)排放。本設(shè)備既滿足合膏的風(fēng)冷卻需要，又滿足環(huán)保排放之要求。
