溶液吸收治理

4 循環(huán)用水,減少水的浪費(fèi)
在施工中盡量采用*的節(jié)水工藝,使用水之前先要做好節(jié)水措施。禁止在沒有節(jié)水措施的情況下使用水,從而造成水資源的浪費(fèi)。對(duì)于洗車、洗刷機(jī)具等情況,采取循環(huán)用水措施。
對(duì)于臨時(shí)設(shè)施建設(shè)中的臨時(shí)用水, 需要擬定一個(gè)用水指標(biāo),并定期對(duì)用水情況進(jìn)行計(jì)量考核,針對(duì)用水情況采取一定的獎(jiǎng)懲措施。無論是施工中的綠化用水還是設(shè)備用水等,都應(yīng)

綠色施工是我國臨時(shí)設(shè)施建設(shè)領(lǐng)域的一項(xiàng)重要的*戰(zhàn)略性目標(biāo)。施工建設(shè)單位只有深入探索, 真抓實(shí)干,將節(jié)能減排工作落實(shí)到施工的每一個(gè)環(huán)節(jié),才能真正做到節(jié)約能源,降低排放和保護(hù)環(huán)境。本文從優(yōu)化結(jié)構(gòu)布置,減少土地使用,減少材料的浪費(fèi),變廢為寶,設(shè)立合理的能耗指標(biāo),提高能源利用效率,以及循環(huán)用水, 減少水資源的浪費(fèi)等方面,分別討論了節(jié)能減排的措施。通過這幾個(gè)方面,希望能夠提高臨時(shí)設(shè)施建設(shè)領(lǐng)域中綠色施工的水平,從而有效地減少水資源、土地資源的浪費(fèi),降低能源的消耗,減少廢物垃圾的排放,為我國經(jīng)濟(jì)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展做出重要貢獻(xiàn)。,這種方法便于操作,但是大面積的廢氣治理則會(huì)造成水資源的浪費(fèi),因此只適合局部小面積的 VOC 廢氣治理。
對(duì)于噴涂的生產(chǎn)過程中,有害物主要是從噴涂工藝過程所散發(fā)的有機(jī)廢氣,所以該噴漆廢氣的主要污染因子為:苯、甲苯、二甲苯、非甲烷總烴及顆粒物。其特點(diǎn)如下:
(1)該廢氣含有有機(jī)化合物 ,對(duì)人的呼吸系統(tǒng)有不同程度的影響,因此不能簡單的高空排放,而必須在排放前進(jìn)行凈化處理。
(2) 對(duì) 于 溶 劑 性 涂 裝 , 按 一 般 溶 劑 型 涂 料 考慮 , 其 固 體分≤50%,含溶劑 50%左右,有機(jī)化合物濃度相對(duì)較大,易于被活性炭吸附。
(3)該廢氣中總揮發(fā)性有機(jī)物的水溶性雖然較好 ,僅采用噴淋等濕法處理不能*處理,
而采用現(xiàn)有大部分同類工程采用的植物吸收劑配合噴淋的方法可去除大部分 TVOCS 類物質(zhì)。吸收液飽和周期約為 3~5 個(gè)月,更換循環(huán)吸收液時(shí)將飽和的吸收液交由有資質(zhì)的處理單位進(jìn)行回收處理。
(4)根據(jù)相似相溶原理 , 采用液體吸收法 , 噴淋有機(jī)溶劑吸收劑可吸收空氣中的有機(jī)化合物,但是有機(jī)溶劑吸收劑價(jià)格昂貴,運(yùn)行費(fèi)用較高,并且部分有機(jī)溶劑吸收劑會(huì)在工作過程中揮發(fā)到空氣中,形成二次污染。
