東儒一體式涂層測厚儀(DR330)功能介紹
DR330涂層測厚儀是一款兩用測厚儀,按照國家行業(yè):GB/T 8393-1996 標(biāo)準(zhǔn)專業(yè)測量金屬材料表面涂鍍層覆蓋層物體厚度的專業(yè)無損檢測儀器,使用簡單,攜帶便捷,重復(fù)性更好,性能猶佳。它根據(jù)金屬基體不同使用以下不同的測量方法。
A.磁性測厚方法,可無損地測量磁性金屬基體(如:鋼、鐵)上非磁性覆層的厚度(如:鍍鋅、鉻、錮、琺瑯、橡膠、粉未、油漆、電泳、搪瓷、防腐層,噴塑,涂料等)
B.渦流測厚方法,可無損地測量非磁性金屬基體(如:鋁、銅、不銹鋼)上非導(dǎo)電覆層的厚度(如:油漆、粉末、塑料、橡膠、琺瑯、搪瓷、電泳、防腐層,噴塑層等)

DR330 Coating thickness gauge is a professional measurement of metal material surface coating layer thickness of the major object of non-destructive testing equipment. According to the different metal substrates using different measuring methods.
A、Magnetic thickness method, can be nondestructively measuring magnetic metal matrix ( such as: steel, iron, nickel ) on non magnetic coatings thickness ( such as: galvanized, chrome, paint, electrophoresis, enamel, rubber, powder coating, enamel, etc.)
B.eddy current thickness method, can be nondestructively measuring non-magnetic metal substrate ( such as: aluminum, copper, stainless steel ) of non-conductive coating thickness ( such as: paint, powder, plastic, rubber, enamel, enamel, coating etc.)
