2、箱體結(jié)構(gòu)特性:
2.1 Box structure: the test box is made of SUS304 stainless steel with a thickness of 1.0mm.
箱體結(jié)構(gòu):試驗(yàn)箱箱體采用試驗(yàn)室專用庫板專業(yè)拼接而成,外部材質(zhì)為厚度1.0mm的SUS304不銹鋼。
2.2 Test space: the internal test space will be made of non magnetic SUS-304 stainless steel with no paint. All the seams will be TIG welded and vapor tight. The surface will be well polished.
測試空間: 箱體內(nèi)膽材料為SUS304號(hào)、厚度1.0的不銹鋼。所有縫隙都由TIG(鎢極惰性氣體保護(hù)電弧焊)無縫焊接完成,保證密封。表面被很好的刨光。
2.3 Insulation: the insulation material will be of low 'k' factor, high intensity and non hygroscopic nature. The insulation will be multi layered with double vapor barrier. Asbestos free mineral fiber insulation will be used and the thickness is about 120mm.
保溫材料:。使用低“K”值的絕緣保溫材料,高強(qiáng)度和不可燃、不沉積特性。這種絕緣材料為多層分層,每層兩面都有蒸汽絕緣,厚度120mm。
2.4 Door: double silicone seal, hinges and lock.
箱門:單開或,根據(jù)需求定制,帶有雙層硅橡膠密封和門鎖。

2.6 Inspection windows: the chamber will be provided with one multilayer toughened glass inspection windows with built-in heaters.;

觀測窗:箱體帶有一個(gè)多層玻璃觀測窗,帶有內(nèi)部加熱器。;

壓縮機(jī)的吸排氣口都安裝有電子壓力傳感器,能夠?qū)崟r(shí)的讀取壓縮機(jī)的高壓和低壓壓力,監(jiān)控冷凍機(jī)組的運(yùn)行狀態(tài),對于可能出現(xiàn)的故障進(jìn)行預(yù)判,減少設(shè)備的維修時(shí)間和周期,大大提高了設(shè)備的運(yùn)行效率,方便客戶使用;
