五、進口高靈敏度蒸汽減壓閥安裝說明書
1、蒸汽減壓穩(wěn)壓閥安裝前必須對管路系統(tǒng)進行沖洗清理。以防焊渣,氧化皮等贓物流入閥內(nèi),影響閥門正常工作。
2、蒸汽減壓穩(wěn)壓閥應(yīng)安裝在便于操作和維修的地方,并且必須直立安裝在水平管道上,應(yīng)注意使管路中介質(zhì)的流向與閥體上箭頭所示方向一致,切勿反裝。

1. The steam pressure relief valve must be flushed and cleaned before installation. In order to prevent the welding slag, oxide scale and other sputum from flowing into the valve, affecting the normal operation of the valve.
2. The steam pressure reducing regulator should be installed in a place convenient for operation and maintenance, and must be installed upright on the horizontal pipe. It should be noted that the flow direction of the medium in the pipeline is consistent with the direction indicated by the arrow on the valve body. .
3. When the steam pressure reducing regulator valve is installed and used, the shut-off valve of the bypass pipe should be opened to eliminate the mixture of condensed water and soda water in the pipeline to prevent the garbage valve from being damaged when the pressure reducing valve is opened. When there is no abnormality, slowly rotate the adjusting screw clockwise to adjust the outlet pressure to the required pressure (based on the valve back pressure). After adjustment, tighten the lock nut and tighten the protective cover.
4. A filter should be installed before the steam pressure reducing regulator to prevent debris in the medium from entering the pressure reducing valve and affecting its performance.
