Place a sheet of oil-absorptive round paper on the assembled mixture and compact it with compaction. The compaction head of the hammer and the guide rod is inserted into the test mold, and the compactor is turned on to start the experiment.

1、工作當(dāng)中出現(xiàn)不提錘現(xiàn)象或在提錘過(guò)程中脫錘。檢查傳動(dòng)鏈條是否松動(dòng)，如松動(dòng)可調(diào)節(jié)后面調(diào)整羅栓，擊實(shí)錘上彈片是否受損，需要更換，挑錘塊與放錘鍵是否磨損太重。

Common faults and troubleshooting of multifunctional Marshall compactor:
