技術(shù)原理:
xCELLigence RTCA DP 多功能實(shí)時(shí)無(wú)標(biāo)記細(xì)胞分析儀基于艾森生物(ACEA Biosciences)核心技術(shù)——實(shí)時(shí)無(wú)標(biāo)記動(dòng)態(tài)細(xì)胞分析技術(shù),實(shí)時(shí)、動(dòng)態(tài)、定量跟蹤細(xì)胞的遷移及浸潤(rùn)的動(dòng)力學(xué)檢測(cè)。該技術(shù)采用特殊工藝,將微電子細(xì)胞傳感器芯片整合到細(xì)胞浸潤(rùn)遷移板(CIM Plate) 的微孔膜下層,從而便利并精確地檢測(cè)細(xì)胞的遷移及浸潤(rùn)。
