DCR-1020 is suitable for multi-station set position die cutting, laminating. This machine is applicable for adhesive tape, protection film, foam, mesh cloth, aluminum and copper foil, back light module, flexible circuit board, medicine and hygiene field, etc.

1．主操作采用電腦觸摸式工控機(jī)，圖形顯示，直觀明了，操作便捷可同時(shí)使用鍵盤和鼠標(biāo)以及用手觸摸。
The main operation interface adopts touch panel, with picture display for easy operation.

3．所有收放料軸分別由馬達(dá)獨(dú)立驅(qū)動(dòng)，收放料、正反轉(zhuǎn)自由，靈敏度張力傳感軸反饋控制，使材料運(yùn)行平穩(wěn)，順暢。
All unwind & rewind shafts are driven separately by servo motors. The unwinding, rewinding, straight & reverse rotation are more flexible and controlled by high sensitivity tension sensor shaft’s feedback to ensure smooth running.
4．所有刀座的運(yùn)動(dòng)控制由德國(guó)Lenz的伺服馬達(dá)驅(qū)動(dòng)，扭力足夠大，加減速穩(wěn)定，獨(dú)立可調(diào)，套切精度可達(dá)±0.075mm。
All cutter holder’s movements are controlled by German Lenz servo motor with enough torsion, stable acceleration and deceleration, precision can be ±0.075mm.
5．控制系統(tǒng)由德國(guó)Lenz PLC和同步控制器共同完成控制，同步性高。
The control system is operated by German Lenz PLC and logic movement controller with better synchronism.
6.整機(jī)具備異步模切功能，可節(jié)省模切材料。

異步模切：
1、異步模切與貼合，對(duì)于特殊產(chǎn)品，可以采用異步模切與貼合功能，程度的節(jié)省原材料成本，提高企業(yè)利潤(rùn)；
可進(jìn)行異步縱向模切，可實(shí)現(xiàn)同一把縱向模切刀不同長(zhǎng)度的異步模切；
2. 自動(dòng)追標(biāo)定位模切：
（1）對(duì)于印刷后產(chǎn)品的追標(biāo)模切，降低了設(shè)備對(duì)操作者的要求，自動(dòng)化程度高，提高了圓刀機(jī)的使用范圍與產(chǎn)品的成品率；
（2）可進(jìn)行碳片等片材形式的跳步不準(zhǔn)確的卷材追標(biāo)模切，模切準(zhǔn)確；
（3）可進(jìn)行多把刀之間的追標(biāo)定位套切，模切智能，穩(wěn)定；；
3. 張力復(fù)位校準(zhǔn)功能：
工業(yè)電腦既可以實(shí)時(shí)顯示每個(gè)軸的實(shí)時(shí)張力曲線，又可以實(shí)現(xiàn)張力校準(zhǔn)功能，限度的減小張力，對(duì)產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量的影響；
