依據(jù)氣體增壓泵原理使用液壓站給液驅(qū)增壓泵提供動(dòng)力源,從而向氣體增壓泵一樣可對空氣、氮?dú)狻鍤?、等一些惰性氣體進(jìn)行增壓作業(yè),液壓壓力與輸出壓力成正比,通過對液壓壓力的調(diào)整,可以對輸出壓力無級(jí)調(diào)節(jié)。當(dāng)液壓驅(qū)區(qū)壓力與輸出壓力平衡時(shí),液壓泵便啟動(dòng)溢流閥自動(dòng)溢流,輸出壓力也穩(wěn)定在預(yù)設(shè)的壓力上, 果有泄露導(dǎo)致系統(tǒng)壓力下降,液壓泵會(huì)自動(dòng)補(bǔ)壓,進(jìn)行壓力補(bǔ)償,控制方面可使用PLC或單片機(jī)進(jìn)行配套控制,整套系統(tǒng)具有操作簡單、可靠等特點(diǎn)。

If the system pressure drops due to leakage, the hydraulic pump will automatically supplement the pressure for pressure compensation.
