高溫1400、1700℃箱式實(shí)驗(yàn)電爐本產(chǎn)品以優(yōu)質(zhì)硅鉬棒為加熱元件；采用智能化控溫系統(tǒng)，可控硅控制，移相觸發(fā)；爐膛采用技術(shù)真空吸附成型的優(yōu)質(zhì)1700型氧化鋁多晶體纖維無(wú)機(jī)材料；爐體為雙層爐殼，采用當(dāng)前流行的空氣隔熱技術(shù)配合熱感應(yīng)技術(shù)驅(qū)動(dòng)智能化風(fēng)冷系統(tǒng)，當(dāng)外爐殼內(nèi)表面溫度達(dá)到50℃時(shí)，散熱風(fēng)扇自動(dòng)啟動(dòng)，快速有效的降低外殼溫度；；采用軟起動(dòng)恒流控制，延長(zhǎng)加熱元件壽命。High-temperature 1400 and 1700 DEG C box type experimental furnace this product with high quality silicon molybdenum rod as a heating element; adopts the intelligent temperature control system, SCR control, phase shift trigger; furnace with vacuum adsorption molding quality 1700 type alumina crystal fiber inorganic materials; furnace body is a double-layer furnace shell, uses the current popular air insulation technology with heat sensing technologies to drive intelligent cooling system, when the temperature of the inner surface of the furnace outer shell to 50 DEG C, cooling fan is started automatically, quickly and effectively reduce temperature of the shell; the soft starting control of constant current and prolong the service life of the heating element.

2、由于本產(chǎn)品是高溫高熱產(chǎn)品、使用或長(zhǎng)時(shí)間不用請(qǐng)預(yù)先做烘爐工作、詳情參閱產(chǎn)品使用說(shuō)明書(shū)。
3、設(shè)備長(zhǎng)期不用，應(yīng)拔掉電源線以防止設(shè)備損傷人。并應(yīng)定期（一般一季度）按使用條件運(yùn)行2-3天，以驅(qū)除電器部分的潮氣，避免損壞有關(guān)器件。
