對節(jié)流閥的性能要求是:·流量調(diào)節(jié)范圍大,流量一壓差變化平滑;·內(nèi)泄漏量小,若有外泄漏油口,外泄漏量也要小;·調(diào)節(jié)力矩小,動作靈敏。
節(jié)流閥(Choke valve)的外形結(jié)構(gòu)與截止閥并無區(qū)別,只是它們啟閉件的形狀有所不同。節(jié)流閥的啟閉件大多為圓錐流線型,通過它改變通道截面積而達(dá)到調(diào)節(jié)流量和壓力。節(jié)流閥供在壓力降極大的情況下作降低介質(zhì)壓力之用。
介質(zhì)在節(jié)流閥瓣和閥座之間流速很大,以致使這些零件表面很快損壞,即所謂氣蝕現(xiàn)象。為了盡量減少氣蝕影響,閥瓣采用耐氣蝕材料(合金鋼制造)并制成角為140~180的流線型圓錐體,這還能使閥瓣能有較大的開啟高度,一般不推薦在小縫隙下節(jié)流。
1.構(gòu)造較簡單,便于制造和維修,成本低。2.調(diào)節(jié)精度不高,不能作調(diào)節(jié)使用。3.密封面易沖蝕,不能作切斷介質(zhì)用。4.密封性較差。
節(jié)流閥按通道方式可分為直通式和角式兩種;按啟閉件的形狀分,有針形、溝形和窗形三種。
可調(diào)節(jié)節(jié)流閥:閥針和閥芯采用硬質(zhì)合金制造,產(chǎn)品按API6A標(biāo)準(zhǔn)設(shè)計,具有耐磨、耐沖刷性能。主要用于井口采油(氣)樹設(shè)備。
滑套式節(jié)流閥:閥芯采用低噪音平衡型結(jié)構(gòu),開啟輕便,產(chǎn)品按API6A標(biāo)準(zhǔn)設(shè)計,閥芯表面覆蓋碳化鎢,適合于有閃蒸、高壓差,高壓力,空化等條件苛刻的場合,使用壽命長,流量調(diào)節(jié)精度大大提高。適用于石油,天然氣,化工,煉油,水電等行業(yè)。
節(jié)流閥的安裝與維護(hù)應(yīng)注意以下事項(xiàng):該閥經(jīng)常需要操作,因此應(yīng)安裝在易于方便操作的位置上,安裝時要注意介質(zhì)方向與閥體所標(biāo)箭頭方向保持一致。
一、節(jié)流閥體沉積物的來源較為復(fù)雜,但可歸納為以下幾類:
1.油液中的機(jī)械雜質(zhì)或因氧化析出的膠質(zhì)、瀝青、碳渣等污物堆積在節(jié)流縫隙處。
