GENERALDESCRIPTION
ATR20007Micro spectrometer is a high resolution spectrometer with a TEC cooling CCDdetector. It is suitable for process monitor and field detection owing itsperfect thermo reliability and anti-sweat design. ATR20007 micro spectrometercan be used for Raman spectra detection combining with optosky’s Raman probeand 785nm narrow line laser. Combined it with the integrating sphere and the halogentungstenlamp, thetransmitted and the reflectance spectra can be easily gotten.
