履帶式拋丸清理機工作原理：在清理室中用加料機構(gòu)加入不超過規(guī)定數(shù)量的工件。機器啟動后，工件被滾筒帶動翻轉(zhuǎn)，同時由拋丸機拋出的高速彈丸形成彈丸束，均勻地打擊在工件表面上，使其得到清理。拋丸清理完畢后，通過反轉(zhuǎn)履帶，即可將工件從滾筒內(nèi)卸出到卸料機構(gòu)上，故該拋丸機特別適合集成到自動化生產(chǎn)線上。 拋出的彈丸及砂粒經(jīng)鋼履帶的間隙或橡膠履帶上的小孔，流入底部的鋼板網(wǎng)過篩，經(jīng)螺旋輸送器送入提升機內(nèi)，再到分離器中進行分離。粉塵由風(fēng)機吸送到除塵器中過濾，清潔空氣排入大氣中，布袋上的灰塵經(jīng)反吹旋噴落入除塵器底部的集塵箱中，用戶可定期清除，廢砂由廢料管流出以便回用。丸砂混合物由回用管收回進入室體，待分離器分離后再回用，干凈的彈丸經(jīng)由供丸系統(tǒng)的電磁供丸閘門進入拋丸機再次拋打工件。
