斜體式水力控制閥也是一種自動(dòng)類閥門,它的動(dòng)作原理、結(jié)構(gòu)與隔膜式水力控制閥基本一致。它具有隔膜式同樣的優(yōu)點(diǎn)和功能,它的感應(yīng)部件同樣是膜片,主要不同之處是主閥體采用斜體式,這樣使該類閥門比隔膜式和活塞式的流阻系數(shù)更小,流量更大。而且通過對膜片下腔的結(jié)構(gòu)及閥瓣結(jié)構(gòu)的改進(jìn),使該閥的調(diào)節(jié)性更好。 斜體式的膜片室的結(jié)構(gòu)與前面介紹的膜片式水力控制閥不同。如上圖所示,膜片室的下腔被設(shè)計(jì)成獨(dú)立的空腔,它可以根據(jù)不同用途選擇是否與主閥腔相通。這樣不但可以實(shí)現(xiàn)上下膜片室單獨(dú)控制,從而可使用外部的壓力源驅(qū)動(dòng)閥門的開關(guān),而不受介質(zhì)壓力的限制,又能實(shí)現(xiàn)緩開緩閉等功能。 斜體式水力控制閥的上、下膜片室、膜片組件、閥桿、閥瓣等部件可整體拆下取出,這給維修帶來了極大的方便。 斜體式水力控制閥的閥桿采用中段導(dǎo)向,避免了閥桿兩端導(dǎo)向易出現(xiàn)不同心的弊端。 The italic hydraulic control valve is also an automatic type valve, which is basically consistent with the operating principle, structure and diaphragm type hydraulic control valve.
