率的重要因素。為了提高系統(tǒng)的可靠性,現(xiàn)場總線技術(shù)

已經(jīng)采用了多項措
施,常用的有分散和冗余二項。

分散方面。對
FCS
系統(tǒng)而言,主要通過網(wǎng)絡(luò)分散和控制分散來提高可用性。除去將
一般控制功能下放到現(xiàn)場,
設(shè)計中通過上層網(wǎng)絡(luò)的區(qū)域劃分和下層網(wǎng)絡(luò)的風險管理等,
做到
一個回路的故障不影響到另一個回路。在工程設(shè)計中,建議主要控制策略還是采用常規(guī)
DCS
應(yīng)用方式,
按工藝系統(tǒng)分散在不同的控制器內(nèi)實現(xiàn),
功能分散能夠滿足要求。
火電廠機組控
制中存在大量控制回路之間的相互聯(lián)鎖、
信號交換,
當不同檢測控制設(shè)備處在不同網(wǎng)絡(luò)分段
時,如何確保它們之間聯(lián)鎖、交換信號的實時可靠性將是一個需要關(guān)注的問題。
