一、HSN三螺桿泵介紹

二、結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)
HSN系列三螺桿泵由特殊型線構(gòu)成的螺旋面的主動螺桿轉(zhuǎn)動時,其動密封腔室將把液體由吸入口吸入并沿軸向連續(xù)、無脈動的輸送到排出口。主桿采用液壓平衡,從桿的軸向力支撐在后蓋上,并由液壓力驅(qū)動旋轉(zhuǎn),因而螺桿型面僅傳遞液壓扭矩,并不受力,也無磨損,對全部傳動零件而言,均由被輸送介質(zhì)潤滑。主桿的徑向由平衡活塞定位,且借助于平衡活塞和軸套的間隙使高壓腔和密封腔分開,在密封腔內(nèi)裝有機(jī)械密封,腔內(nèi)的油液回油孔與泵的吸入腔相通,因而不受排出壓力的影響。由于部件通用組合系列化有多種結(jié)構(gòu),可用于臥式(H),法蘭式(F)和立式(S)安裝。
根據(jù)所輸送介質(zhì)需要還可提供加熱或冷卻結(jié)構(gòu)。

1、 HSN系列三螺桿泵產(chǎn)品概述簡介:
HSNH系列三螺桿泵的主動螺桿和從動螺桿采用液壓平衡裝置,被輸送的液體在泵腔內(nèi)做連續(xù)、勻速的軸向直線運(yùn)動,無脈動,噪音低,運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)平穩(wěn),流量壓力穩(wěn)定,工作平穩(wěn),振動小。
HSNH系列三螺桿泵的零部件通用互換性好,可以任意拆解,更換相應(yīng)的零部件。泵零件少,結(jié)構(gòu)簡單,重量輕,安裝、使用、維修方便,效率高,壽命長。
三螺桿泵的從動螺桿的軸向力支撐在后蓋或主動螺桿上,并由液壓力驅(qū)動旋轉(zhuǎn),從動螺桿由液壓力驅(qū)動,,主動螺桿和從動螺桿之間沒有機(jī)械接觸,螺桿之間,螺桿和泵套之間皆有油膜保護(hù),因而螺桿型面僅傳遞液壓扭矩,并不受力,也無磨損和機(jī)械摩擦,對全部傳動零件而言,均由被輸送介質(zhì)形成的油膜保護(hù)和潤滑。
三螺桿泵的主桿的徑向旋轉(zhuǎn)跳動由平衡活塞套也可以叫滑動軸承定位,且借助于平衡活塞和軸套的間隙使高壓腔和密封腔分開,在密封腔內(nèi)裝有機(jī)械密封,無泄漏,腔內(nèi)的油液回油孔與泵的吸入腔相通,因而不受排出壓力的影響。
具有很強(qiáng)的自吸能力,節(jié)能低耗,不需要底閥及每次開機(jī)前灌油。
組合系列化有多種結(jié)構(gòu),可用于臥式(H),法蘭式(F)和立式(S)浸油式(J)以及懸掛式(K)安裝。
根據(jù)所輸送介質(zhì)需要還可提供加熱或冷卻結(jié)構(gòu)。
對于潤滑性相對較差的介質(zhì),可以采用軸承外置結(jié)構(gòu)(W1)以及金屬波紋管密封。保證三螺桿泵優(yōu)良的使用壽命。

Two, structural characteristics
Rotation of the spiral surface of HSN series three screw pump is composed of special type line consisting of active screw, the dynamic seal chamber will bring the liquid from the suction port of the suctionalong the axial direction and no pulsation continuous, transported to theoutlet. The main rod adopts the hydraulic pressure balance, from the axial force rod support on the rear lid, and by the hydraulic pressure drive rotation, so screw type only transfer of hydraulic torque, no stress,no wear, for all the transmission parts, all by the transported mediumlubrication. The main rod radial by balancing piston position, and by the clearance between the piston and sleeve balance that high pressure chamber and separate the sealing cavity, with the mechanical seal cavity,cavity of the oil return hole and pump suction cavity, so it is not affected by the discharge pressure.
