Prostate Specific Antigen抗體,*3/*3抗體產(chǎn)品介紹 Kallikreins are a subgroup of serine proteases having diverse physiological functions. Growing evidence suggests that many kallikreins are implicated in carcinogenesis and some have potential as novel cancer and other disease biomarkers. This gene is one of the fifteen kallikrein subfamily members located in a cluster on chromosome 19. Its protein product is a protease present in seminal plasma. It is thought to function normally in the liquefaction of seminal coagulum, presumably by hydrolysis of the high molecular mass seminal vesicle protein. Serum level of this protein, called PSA in the clinical setting, is useful in the diagnosis and monitoring of prostatic carcinoma. Alternate splicing of this gene generates several transcript variants encoding different isoforms.
*3/*3抗體儲存溫度：存在于血清、組織培養(yǎng)上清液或腹水中的抗體在-20℃下能夠*儲存。低溫存放不會損傷抗體活性?？贵w的工作液通常儲存于4℃中。此溫度下，抗體的活性能穩(wěn)定數(shù)月至數(shù)年亦不損失?？贵w溶液不應(yīng)反復(fù)凍融，因為反復(fù)凍融將導(dǎo)致部分抗體失活并產(chǎn)生不需要的蛋白—蛋白凝聚物。抗體的凝聚能導(dǎo)致活性喪失。這是由于抗原結(jié)合位點的空間構(gòu)象被破壞，或由于產(chǎn)生的不溶物被離心或過濾而除去。冷凝蛋白類的抗體不能存放于4℃。因為在4℃下此類抗體會發(fā)生沉淀。一些鼠源性IgG3亞類的抗體有此特性。如果抗體在4℃下發(fā)生沉淀，就應(yīng)該存放于室溫下的疊氮鈉溶液中。
