FAM71D抗體,實(shí)驗(yàn)步驟FAM71D蛋白抗體產(chǎn)品介紹 Chromosome 14 contains about 700 genes and 106 million base pairs and makes up about 3.5% of human cellular DNA. Chromosome 14 encodes the presinilin 1 (PSEN1) gene, which is one of the three key genes associated with the development of Alzheimer's disease. The SERPINA1 gene is located on chromosome 14 and when defective leads to the genetic disorder ?-antitrypsin deficiency. This disorder is characterized by severe lung complications and liver dysfunction. Notably, the immunoglobulin heavy chain locus is found on chromosome 14 and has been identified as a fusion with the chromosome 19 encoded protein BCL3 in the (14;19) translocations found in a variety of B cell malignancies. The FAM71D gene product has been provisionally designated FAM71D pending further characterization.
FAM71D蛋白抗體儲(chǔ)存溫度：存在于血清、組織培養(yǎng)上清液或腹水中的抗體在-20℃下能夠*儲(chǔ)存。低溫存放不會(huì)損傷抗體活性?？贵w的工作液通常儲(chǔ)存于4℃中。此溫度下，抗體的活性能穩(wěn)定數(shù)月至數(shù)年亦不損失?？贵w溶液不應(yīng)反復(fù)凍融，因?yàn)榉磸?fù)凍融將導(dǎo)致部分抗體失活并產(chǎn)生不需要的蛋白—蛋白凝聚物?？贵w的凝聚能導(dǎo)致活性喪失。這是由于抗原結(jié)合位點(diǎn)的空間構(gòu)象被破壞，或由于產(chǎn)生的不溶物被離心或過濾而除去。冷凝蛋白類的抗體不能存放于4℃。因?yàn)樵?℃下此類抗體會(huì)發(fā)生沉淀。一些鼠源性IgG3亞類的抗體有此特性。如果抗體在4℃下發(fā)生沉淀，就應(yīng)該存放于室溫下的疊氮鈉溶液中。
