廣州iHeir-BJ紡織防霉劑是一種高效、安全性能優(yōu)異的防霉產(chǎn)品，對(duì)于各類細(xì)菌、真菌的生長(zhǎng)繁殖有*的快速殺菌作用。它的抗菌霉菌十分廣譜，引入特種紡織、纖維親和技術(shù)，促使有效成份均勻分布在其表面上，iHeir-BJ紡織防霉劑通過(guò)破壞細(xì)菌的細(xì)胞壁，由于胞內(nèi)滲透壓是胞外滲透壓的20-30倍，來(lái)使細(xì)胞膜破裂，胞漿物外泄，這樣也就終止了微生物的代謝過(guò)程。使微生物無(wú)法生長(zhǎng)和繁殖。紡織防霉劑可賦予織物高效的防霉除臭及耐水洗性，保持產(chǎn)品氣味清新。并且特別環(huán)保，對(duì)皮膚無(wú)刺激，不含甲醛和重金屬離子等有害物質(zhì),符合環(huán)保要求。
iHeir - BJ (Textile Anti-mold Agent) is a kind of high efficiency, safety anti-mold agent. It can kill all kinds of bacteria and fungi in a very short time, so the broad spectrum is very large.Through special textile and fiber affinity labeling technique, effective ingredients can be distributed evenly on the surface.iHeir - BJ can destroy bacteria cell walls (intrinsic permeability is 20-30 times of the extrinsic permeability) that make cell membrane rupture and the cytoplasm leaking .Therefore, the microbial-metabolism is over.It is very environmental , so there is not only no stimulation to the skin, but also no harmful material such as formaldehyde and heavy metal ions .This is because iHeir-BJ complies with the requirements of environmental protection .
使用范圍：
本公司所銷售的紡織防霉劑iHeir-BJ可用于棉、尼龍、聚酯等纖維制品上加工，有著廣泛的用途。zui近在不織布、發(fā)泡聚氨酯、合成皮革等材料上也有所用。
Our textile antibacterial iHeir-BJ can be used for cotton, nylon, polyester and other fiber products processing. The usage is very large. Recently iHeir-BJ has been used in non-woven fabric, foam polyurethane, synthetic leather and other materials.
1. 適用于各項(xiàng)天然纖維，如棉、麻、羊毛…等；及人造纖維，如聚酯、耐隆、聚丙烯(p.p)萊卡彈性纖維縲縈(Rayon)、臘酸纖維、玻璃纖維、…等；及以上之混紡織物。
It is suitable for all kinds of natural fibers (such as cotton, hemp, and wool), synthetic fibers (such as polyester, nylon fiber, polypropylene (p.p), Lycra elastic acrylic fiber (Rayon), acetate fiber, and glass fiber), and above of blended fabric, etc.

使用方法：
批次式色紗生產(chǎn)：可使用于筒紗染及絞紗染制程中iHeir-BJ 使用量：3%~5%(o.w.f.)
Dyed yarn batch production ： Usage of bobbin yarn dyeing is 3%~5%(o.w.f.)； Usage of skein dyeing is 3%~5%(o.w.f.)
浴比： 1:10~1:20 Bath ratio: 1:10~1：20
pH5~7(弱酸或中性) pH5~7（ weak acid or neutral ）
iHeir-BJ硅酮季銨鹽溶液，能容易地在水中稀釋。在攪拌水的同時(shí)將iHeir-BJ加入即成iHeir-BJ的稀釋溶液，iHeir-BJ的水溶液濃度依被處理物的原料、處理方法和制品的用途等而調(diào)整。
iHeir-BJ （Textile Anti-mold Agent） can be diluted in the water easily. Stirring in the water and adding iHeir-BJ at the same time would modulate dilute solutions. iHeir-BJ dilute concentration is adjusted by the processing of raw materials, processing methods and products use.
加工纖維可利用一般的染色機(jī)，例如處理紗線時(shí)可用奧氏染色機(jī)、絞紗染色機(jī)和筒子染色機(jī)，處理織物時(shí)可用繩狀染色機(jī)、浸漬染色機(jī)，處理制品則可用滾筒染色機(jī)?？梢栽谌旧瞥毯蠼?jīng)充份洗凈、脫水后，干燥制程之前進(jìn)行iHeir-BJ的加工。
Processing fiber can be used by general dyeing machine. For example, Obermaier dyeing machine, skein dyeing machine and bobbin dyeing machine can handle yarn, while rope dyeing machine and dip dyeing machine can handle fiber.While handling ware, perforated cylinder dyeing machine should be used. After dyeing process, wash fully and dehydrate the fiber, and then join iHeir-BJ before drying process.
進(jìn)行iHeir-BJ加工時(shí)，zui重要的是被處理物的表面，在iHeir-BJ加工前務(wù)必充份地洗凈。易脫落的物質(zhì)，例如多余的染料、洗滌劑和其它污物等等，務(wù)*水或熱水充份洗凈。若在沾污的處理物上進(jìn)行iHeir-BJ加工，那么洗一次它即會(huì)與污物同時(shí)脫落，是沒(méi)有耐久性的。經(jīng)iHeir-BJ加工后，將被加工物放在80-120℃下烘干脫水后，它即會(huì)在被加工物的表面形成堅(jiān)固的覆膜。iHeir-BJ的覆膜形成不是加熱硬化，干燥程序反而是將濕的被加工物烘干而己。即使在室溫下晾干其抗菌性能和經(jīng)加熱干燥是相同的。
While processing with iHeir-BJ, it is very important to treat the surface. So, please wash the material clean enough. The material which is easy to fall, such as redundant dyes, detergents and other contaminants, should be washed clean with water or hot water.Processing polluted fiber has no durability, because iHeir-BJ will fall off together with contaminants at once.However,after processing of iHeir-BJ,the processed products dried under 80-120℃ can form a film covering on its surface.The film covering is not hot hardening, but drying is to dry the wet processed products directly .Even drying at room temperature, its antibacterial properties are the same as baking .
若需柔軟、手感、吸水、防靜電、防污整理時(shí)，必須考慮這些整理加工劑的離子性。例如，若是陽(yáng)離子型或非離子型的加工劑，雖然可以和iHeir-BJ同浴處理，但為了提高iHeir-BJ的加工效率，還是用一浴二段或二浴分開處理較好。
對(duì)陰離子型的加工劑，則忌用同浴處理，應(yīng)用二浴處理加工。以上所有場(chǎng)合都應(yīng)是iHeir-BJ先加工。
If you need to soft,handle, water uptake,anti-electrostatics,and anti-soiling finish, you must consider the ionicity of processing agent. If the processing agent is cationic or nonionic,it is better to use one-bath two-step process or two-bath process that will increase the efficiency ,but remember don’t use water-curing together. Above all occasions ,iHeir-BJ（Textile Anti-mold Agent）should be processed first.
包裝規(guī)格：
采用25KG藍(lán)色四方塑料桶包裝，請(qǐng)將本產(chǎn)品放在陰涼干燥的地方，且兒童不宜接觸，避免接觸到口、鼻、眼睛等，如接觸到眼睛或口鼻，請(qǐng)立即用大量清水沖洗。
iHeir - BJ(Textile Anti-mold Agent) uses 25 kg square plastic drum in blue packaging. Please put the product in a cool, dry place which is under a normal temperature, and keep away from children . Avoid contact with the mouth, nose, and eyes. If it contacts with the mouth, nose, and eyes, please rinse immediay with plenty of water.
注意事項(xiàng)：
本產(chǎn)品屬于環(huán)保產(chǎn)品,但不排除個(gè)別人會(huì)產(chǎn)生過(guò)敏現(xiàn)象,因此建議使用橡膠手套和口罩操作,若不慎皮膚與藥劑接觸,可使用肥皂水清洗,產(chǎn)品若滴入眼中,應(yīng)立即使用清水沖洗,若比較嚴(yán)重者,建議立即就醫(yī).
