這種應(yīng)用于冷卻塔風(fēng)機(jī)安全運(yùn)行監(jiān)測(cè)的組合探頭，在其內(nèi)部分別集成了測(cè)量減速箱油溫、油位、和風(fēng)機(jī)機(jī)械振動(dòng)信號(hào)的傳感、轉(zhuǎn)換和變送電路，探頭直接輸出與這些安全參量對(duì)應(yīng)的4～20mA標(biāo)準(zhǔn)電流信號(hào)。該探頭可以直接設(shè)備安全監(jiān)控器配接，也可以與DCS，PLC計(jì)算機(jī)測(cè)控系統(tǒng)連接使用。 該探頭能夠全方向監(jiān)測(cè)受控設(shè)備最為關(guān)鍵的安全運(yùn)行指標(biāo)---機(jī)械振動(dòng)。它同時(shí)完成X、Y、Z三個(gè)正交方向的高質(zhì)量振動(dòng)測(cè)量符合標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化組織標(biāo)準(zhǔn)以及減速箱內(nèi)部潤(rùn)滑油溫度的測(cè)量。
   探頭內(nèi)部采用美國(guó)原產(chǎn)的微機(jī)械加工工藝振動(dòng)傳感器，傳感器獲取的振動(dòng)信號(hào)再經(jīng)由帶通波器、變換器、放大器、真有效值轉(zhuǎn)換器，zhui終由電壓/電流驅(qū)動(dòng)電路產(chǎn)生出與振動(dòng)烈度成正比的4～20mA標(biāo)準(zhǔn)電流信號(hào)。
   該探頭中集成了四個(gè)兩線制4～20mA變送器，即可以與風(fēng)機(jī)安全監(jiān)控器配接，也可以直接與計(jì)算機(jī)數(shù)據(jù)采集測(cè)控系統(tǒng)(DCS、PLC等)連接使用。

溫度測(cè)量特性： 潤(rùn)滑油溫度測(cè)量范圍：0～100 ℃ ， 溫度測(cè)量綜合誤差：±3℃
●油位測(cè)量特性： 潤(rùn)滑油油位測(cè)量范圍：-10～40㎜，   油位測(cè)量綜合誤差： ±5㎜ （0㎜處為減速箱正常油位下油限位置，被測(cè)介質(zhì)必須是非導(dǎo)電性介質(zhì)）
●振動(dòng)測(cè)量特性： 振動(dòng)測(cè)量范圍：0～20 ㎜/s ，測(cè)量輸出與振動(dòng)速度的真有效值（RMS）成正比，振動(dòng)測(cè)量頻帶范圍：10～1000HZ，振動(dòng)測(cè)量綜合誤差：±1㎜/s

hree parameter combination (oil level temperature vibration combination) probe is a general type combined probe that is used in cooling tower fan safety monitoring system. It can be connected with a variety of general two instruments, or computer data acquisition and control system (DCS, PLC, etc.).

This is applied to the fan gear box combined probe for safe operation of monitoring, in its internal integrated measuring temperature, oil level, vibration signal sensing, conversion and transmission circuit of direct output and the security parameters corresponding to the 4 ~ 20mA standard current signal, can be matched with a variety of general-purpose two meter or      computer digital acquisition monitoring system.

The probe temperature measurement with platinum resistance sensor and semiconductor integrated device; level measurement using a capacitive sensing principle; sensor for measuring      vibration, mechanical vibration acceleration signal acquisition, band-pass filter, an integral and true effective value through the amplifier (RMS) converter, the vibration waveform in the effective bandwidth of it effective value conversion; finally, the oil temperature, vibration generated by the 4 ~ 20mA output.

three parameter combination probe, the probe is an external thread form, is installed in the threaded installation hole of the fan reduction box, and the probe rod is inserted into the reduction box, so as to get the lubricating oil temperature, the lubricating oil level and the box vibration signal in the reduction box, and complete the transformation output. Thread specifications and probe inserts need to be declared at the time of order. See Figure1.
