3.1產(chǎn)品簡介
移動式氫復器是二十世紀九十年代為壓水堆核電站ETY系統(tǒng)所設計,用于消除安全殼設計基準事故后可燃氫氣的安全設施。為實現(xiàn)多機組安全設備的資源共享,該產(chǎn)品整個系統(tǒng)布置于可移動車體上,外部接口備有快接接頭,能夠實現(xiàn)快速移動,快速接插。移動式氫復合裝置由全屏蔽消氫風機、冷卻冷凝器、汽液分離器、催化反應器、冷卻器和電氣控制柜等組成。除電氣控制柜外的所有設備安放在一個可以移動的小車上。該裝置的設計、制造和檢驗符合ASME規(guī)范中核二級的要求。儀器儀表電氣符合1E、K3的要求。
在2002年產(chǎn)品鑒定會上與會核電專家給與了“白,達到水平"的較高評價,認為該產(chǎn)品具有如下技術優(yōu)勢:
①采用于式去除有害雜質和高性能的消氫催化劑實現(xiàn)在較低溫度下的消氫,使氫復合器具有消氫效率高、能耗低、運行安全可靠;
②采用全屏蔽渦旋消氫風機和裝置總體布置的緊湊型設計實現(xiàn)了車載化,使氫復合器體積小重量輕、使用方便;
③采用壓力平衡原理,配合液位控制、電磁閥組和合適的控制電路實現(xiàn)了自動排水功能,能夠保證在排水過程中放射性氣體不泄漏。
④選用磁釉真空燒結封口的U彩管狀電加熱元件,杜絕了因長期存放造成的絕緣電阻降低的現(xiàn)象,提高了設備使用的可靠性。
其*可靠的工藝、新穎合理的結構設計取得了國家,號為ZL.0,2004年獲國防科工委科技進步二等獎。
移動式氫復合器廣泛適用于壓水堆核電站的安全殼ETY系統(tǒng)的消氫,可以作為新建核電站,包括百萬瓦級核電站的選用對象。該產(chǎn)品已成功應用于秦山二期、方家山一期、福清一期、紅沿河一期、寧德一期、陽江一期、防城港一期等核電站,運行穩(wěn)定,性能可靠,獲得用戶好評。

Hydrogen recombiner is composed of overall shielded hydrogen blower, cooling condenser, air-water sperator, catalysis housing and. All instruments except the electrical control cabinet are located on a cart. The recombiner’s design, manufacture and performance is according to requirements of the nuclear second-class in ASME specification. Electric cables and instruments meet to 1E and K3 class.
Hydrogen recombiner has been applied for protection by the means of patent, which nimber is ZL.0.
Hydrogen recombiner is not only fixed on Qinshan Unit-2 power plant, but also contracted with Hongyanhe power plant, Ningde power plant , Yangjiang power plant,F(xiàn)angjiashan power plant,F(xiàn)uqing power plant,etc.
