人熱休克蛋白27（HSP-27）ELISA Kit
ELISA方法的基本原理是酶分子與抗體或抗抗體分子共價(jià)結(jié)合，此種結(jié)合不會(huì)改變抗體的免疫學(xué)特性，也不影響酶的生物學(xué)活性。此種酶標(biāo)記抗體可與吸附在固相載體上的抗原或抗體發(fā)生特異性結(jié)合。滴加底物溶液后，底物可在酶作用下使其所含的供氫體由無色的還原型變成有色的氧化型，出現(xiàn)顏色反應(yīng)。因此，可通過底物的顏色反應(yīng)來判定有無相應(yīng)的免疫反應(yīng)，顏色反應(yīng)的深淺與標(biāo)本中相應(yīng)抗體或抗原的量呈正比。此種顯色反應(yīng)可通過ELISA檢測(cè)儀進(jìn)行定量測(cè)定，這樣就將酶化學(xué)反應(yīng)的敏感性和抗原抗體反應(yīng)的特異性結(jié)合起來，使ELISA方法成為一種既特異又敏感的檢測(cè)方法。
