目前煙氣脫硝技術(shù)可分為干法和濕法兩大類,其中干法脫硝中的選擇性催化還原(SCR)和選擇性非催化還原(SNCR)技術(shù)是很普通的脫硝技術(shù),其原理是向煙氣中噴氨或尿素等含有NH3?自由基的還原劑,在高溫下直接(或催化劑的協(xié)同下)與煙氣中的NOx發(fā)生氧化還原反應(yīng),把NOx還原成氮?dú)夂退?。但該技術(shù)也有其巨大的局限性,由于化學(xué)反應(yīng)需要在高溫下進(jìn)行,而對(duì)于中小型鍋爐以及工業(yè)鍋爐來(lái)說(shuō),排煙溫度遠(yuǎn)不能達(dá)到化學(xué)反應(yīng)所需要的高溫,低溫?zé)煔饷撓跫夹g(shù)就成為市場(chǎng)的必須。
臭氧脫銷原理;是將不溶于水的低價(jià)態(tài)氮氧化合物,通過(guò)臭氧的高級(jí)氧化性,氧化為可溶的高價(jià)態(tài)氮氧化合物,然后在噴淋洗滌塔內(nèi),通過(guò)堿性溶液進(jìn)行吸收。達(dá)到脫除的目的。
低溫?zé)煔饷撓跫夹g(shù)以低溫催化氧化技術(shù)(LoTOx)zui為簡(jiǎn)單有效,由于煙氣中的氮氧化物主要組成是NO(占95%),NO難溶于水,NO與臭氧接觸后,發(fā)生反應(yīng),可成生成NO2、NO3、N2O5等高價(jià)態(tài)的氮氧化全物,這些高價(jià)態(tài)的氮氧化合物可溶于水,生成HNO2和HNO3,溶解能力大大提高,很容易通過(guò)堿性溶液噴淋(如Ca(OH)2、NaOH)等手段將其從煙氣中脫出。將煙氣中的NO轉(zhuǎn)化為高價(jià)態(tài),需引入較強(qiáng)的氧化劑,在眾多氧化劑中,臭氧是zui環(huán)保清潔的強(qiáng)氧化劑,在高效轉(zhuǎn)化NO至高價(jià)態(tài)的過(guò)程中不遺何二次污染物,另外不同于?OH、?HO2 等,工作環(huán)境惡劣,自由基存活時(shí)間非常短,能耗較高,O3的生存周期相對(duì)較長(zhǎng),將少量氧氣或空氣電離后產(chǎn)生O3,然后送入煙氣中,可顯著降低能耗。
