其基本特征是在廢氣處理構筑物內設置微生物生長聚集的載體,在充氧的條件下,微生物在填料表面積聚附著形成生物膜。當廢氣經過時,生物膜中的微生物吸收分解廢氣中的有機物,使廢氣得到凈化,同時微生物也得到增殖,生物膜隨之增厚。當生物膜增長到一定厚度,向生物膜內部擴散的氧受到限制,其表面仍是好氧狀態(tài),而內層則會呈缺氧甚至厭氧狀態(tài),并zui終導致生物膜的脫落。隨后,填料表面還會繼續(xù)生長新的生物膜,周而復女厶口,使廢氣得到凈化。
工作原理
在生物塔反應器內設置填料,廢氣經過充氧(或在生物塔底部鼓風曝氣)后與填料相接觸,在填料表面生物膜和填料空隙間的活性污泥雙重作用下,使廢氣得到凈化。生物塔內裝有填料,大部分微生物以生物膜的形式固著生長于填料表面,少部分則以活性污泥的形式懸浮生長于水中。因此,生物塔兼有活性污泥法與生物過濾特性,是一種以生物膜法作用為主、兼有活性污泥法作用的生物處理工藝。
結構構造
生物塔的塔體為方型臥式,無分段連接法蘭。具體結構由塔體、布水系統(tǒng)、曝氣裝置丶生物載體區(qū)、出水溢流堰等組成。
