因可以直接測(cè)試扭力值,使臂長(zhǎng)短小的扭力彈簧測(cè)試精度向上提升。
使用扭力傳感器方式進(jìn)行微小扭力彈簧測(cè)試,可以防止因?yàn)榛剞D(zhuǎn)半徑4臂長(zhǎng)所引起的誤差,成功除去扭力彈簧及案內(nèi)棒之間的磨擦。
采用上、下導(dǎo)引棒使扭力側(cè)和回轉(zhuǎn)側(cè)分離的方式,可除去扭力彈簧和導(dǎo)引棒之間產(chǎn)生的磨擦力。
可以用近乎停止的低速動(dòng)作,從開(kāi)始位置就以緩慢的回轉(zhuǎn)速度測(cè)試,可以抑制散亂的現(xiàn)象,提高測(cè)試的再現(xiàn)性。
用計(jì)算機(jī)做數(shù)據(jù)分析,在PRO-TT系列用的計(jì)算機(jī)軟件T3S-02,可以使工程檢查和測(cè)試報(bào)告書(shū)的發(fā)行更順利。
此外,在波形圖軟件BGB-02,也可以對(duì)扭力彈簧特性做全區(qū)數(shù)據(jù)分析。
