How it work:
After the dusty gas enters the dust collector under the guidance of the fan, due to the sudden expansion of the airflow end face and the effect of the airflow distribution plate, some coarse dust particles in the airflow settle into the ash hopper under the action of gravity and inertia force; Fine particle size and low density dust particles enter the filter chamber, and through comprehensive effects such as Brownian diffusion and fiber interception, the dust settles on the surface of the filter material of the filter cartridge. The purified gas enters the purification chamber and is discharged by the fan through the air outlet. The resistance of the filter cartridge dust collector increases with the increase of dust on the surface area of the filter cartridge. When the resistance reaches a certain set value, a high-speed and high-pressure airflow is sprayed through the small hole of the blowing pipe through the pulse valve of the back blowing system, and the dust is cleaned. At this point, the PLC program controls the opening and closing of the pulse valve. When the pulse valve is opened, the compressed air inside the air bag evenly enters the filter cylinder through the expansion of the Venturi tube, forming an instant positive pressure inside the filter cylinder, generating huge vibrations, causing the dust deposited on the filter material to fall off and fall into the ash hopper. The collected dust is discharged into the ash bucket through the ash unloading valve.
The top row of filter cartridges will first pulse back flush, and then the control instrument will select the next row to repeat the pulse back flush process. Afterwards, this controller will continue to select other filter cartridges in sequence for pulse back flushing operation.

For general dust, the filter cartridge can be used for a long time without the need for replacement, eliminating the tedious work of frequently changing and washing the filter bag for commonly used bag filters, and saving a lot of maintenance costs;
-Modular combination, size can be freely selected;
-It is possible to expand the original combination and add dust removal units without making too many modifications to the original equipment.
