How it work:
After the dusty gas enters the ash hopper from the air outlet, a portion of the coarser dust particles and agglomerated dust clusters fall directly due to inertia, playing a role in pre collection of dust. The airflow entering the ash hopper twists upwards and flows into the box. When passing through the pulse pleated filter cartridge, the dust is trapped on the outer surface of the filter cartridge. The purified gas enters the cleaning room on the upper part of the filter cartridge and is collected and discharged into the air outlet duct. The dust removal of the dust collector is completed by a pulse electromagnetic valve and a control instrument, and reasonable dust removal ensures the service life of the filter cartridge.
During the operation of the dust collector, as the filtration continues, the accumulation of dust on the surface of the filter cartridge gradually increases, and the resistance of the dust collector also gradually increases. When the set value is reached, the dust removal controller sends a dust removal command to remove the dust from the surface of the filter cartridge and drop it into the ash hopper. The entire process involves filtering, pulse cleaning, and air outlet.
