1.采用符合食品行業(yè)衛(wèi)生標準并且耐油的隔膜濾板,隔膜材料制為聚丙烯(pp),利用油(空氣)對隔膜壓榨,壓榨壓力1.6MPa,使得濾餅較干,得油率高。
2.壓榨過程結束后,對各管道實行正吹/反吹,將殘留在管道中的油吹回到結晶罐中,并使得濾餅從濾布上剝離,卸料時易于脫落
3.所得液油通過特殊的透明的軟管收集到總管當中,便于觀察到濾液的濁度狀況,而且有效的防止液油接觸空氣氧化,影響產品的口味,內襯鋼絲網(wǎng)的半透明軟管不易折斷、不易壓扁、保證了液油排出流道的暢通
4.濾布及濾布清洗:濾布是隔膜壓濾機應用于油脂分提工藝的核心技術,直接影響著分擔的效果與收得率的高低,本公司采用瑞士制造的濾布,使用于硬脂和液油的分離,具有濾液清、濾餅易脫落的特點
