RETZ全焊接球閥分為全焊接焊接球閥、全焊接法蘭球閥、全焊接放散球閥、直埋式全焊接球閥等幾大類,一體式全焊接球閥可以頻繁操作，閥桿的防泄漏結(jié)構(gòu)使用兩“o”型圈，使閥桿轉(zhuǎn)動自如且密封嚴(yán)密,研磨精細(xì)的不銹鋼球體可以保證多年開閉自如，運(yùn)行可靠。采用浮球結(jié)構(gòu)，斜面彈性保證密封圈緊壓在球體之上，即使在壓力不穩(wěn)定的情況下，閥門可以保證嚴(yán)密。

1.不需要維護(hù)，調(diào)整及潤滑，易于安裝，*可靠運(yùn)行。

2.表面采用噴塑處理技術(shù)，光澤美觀，不會有外部泄漏等現(xiàn)象。

3.閥體是僉焊接結(jié)構(gòu)，所以閥門重量輕且易于進(jìn)行絕緣。

4.由于閥座是由碳纖維增強(qiáng)特氟隆密封環(huán)及碟形簧構(gòu)成的，所以對壓力和溫度的變化適應(yīng)能力強(qiáng)，在標(biāo)注壓力和溫度范圍內(nèi)不會產(chǎn)生任何泄滑。

5.球體的加工過程有*的計算機(jī)檢測儀跟蹤檢測，所以球體的加工精度高。

6.由于閥體材料跟管道材質(zhì)一樣，不會出現(xiàn)應(yīng)力不均，也不會由于地震及車輛經(jīng)過地面時而產(chǎn)生變形，管道耐老化。

7.整體式全焊接，等徑及變徑通道，采用固定球及浮動球，雙活塞效應(yīng)密封系統(tǒng)，自動注入密封劑式軸承。

8.為了防止靜電，閥桿與球體以及閥桿與填料箱之間分別裝有鋼球和彈簧，可以保持閥門所有零件與閥體的導(dǎo)電，讓電流通過區(qū)，釋放靜電。不僅防止火災(zāi)，而且防止腐蝕，實現(xiàn)臨時性切斷，以便及時檢修。
