采用PLC可編程序控制，可實(shí)現(xiàn)遠(yuǎn)距離監(jiān)控，觸摸屏操作，人機(jī)對(duì)話，操作、維護(hù)方便。
動(dòng)作元件采用電-氣/液壓自動(dòng)控制。
多重安全保護(hù)：轉(zhuǎn)速檢測(cè)，過(guò)振動(dòng)保護(hù)，開(kāi)蓋保護(hù)，電機(jī)過(guò)載過(guò)熱保護(hù)，刮刀旋轉(zhuǎn)機(jī)械/電氣雙重控制。
焊接式整體機(jī)架，結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊，機(jī)器承載強(qiáng)度高。
全密閉結(jié)構(gòu)，密封件采用硅橡膠或氟橡膠。
獨(dú)立式液壓站，可隔離安裝，方便檢修。

臥式刮刀卸料離心機(jī)是連續(xù)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)、間歇操作的過(guò)濾式離心機(jī)，控制方式為自動(dòng)控制(也可手動(dòng)控制)。

離心機(jī)操作過(guò)程中的進(jìn)料、分離、洗滌、脫水、卸料及濾布再生等過(guò)程一般均在全速狀態(tài)下完成，單次循環(huán)時(shí)間短，處理量大，并可獲得較好的過(guò)濾（濾餅含水率較低）和洗滌效果。

GKH系列虹吸式離心機(jī)是在普通臥式刮刀卸料離心機(jī)的基礎(chǔ)上，利用虹吸原理增加過(guò)濾推動(dòng)力，透過(guò)過(guò)濾介質(zhì)的濾液全部進(jìn)入濾液室，濾液通過(guò)虹吸管(撇液管)排出轉(zhuǎn)鼓，調(diào)節(jié)虹吸管吸入口位置可改變虹吸室內(nèi)液面深度，以改變過(guò)濾推動(dòng)力，調(diào)節(jié)過(guò)濾速度、處理能力、濾餅含濕量以及洗滌效率。

GKH系列離心機(jī)因具有虹吸功能，增加了過(guò)濾推動(dòng)力，在處理粘度較大的物料時(shí)可以獲得較GK型更低的濾餅含水率。設(shè)置反沖裝置，可在需要時(shí)向虹吸室內(nèi)加入反沖液，洗滌液經(jīng)過(guò)濾介質(zhì)流向轉(zhuǎn)鼓內(nèi)，使過(guò)濾介質(zhì)恢復(fù)過(guò)濾性能，得于再生。

Horizontal scraper discharge centrifuge is a continuous operation, intermittent operation of filter centrifuge, control mode for automatic control (manual control).

The feeding, separation, washing, dehydration, unloading and regeneration of press cloth in the process of centrifuge operation are generally completed at full speed, with short single cycle time, large processing capacity, and good filtration (low moisture content of filter cake) and washing effect.

GKH series siphon centrifuge is in ordinary horizontal scraper discharge centrifuge, on the basis of using the siphon principle to increase filter driver, all through the filter medium of filtrate into the filtrate chamber, the filtrate through siphon (prime fluid tube) discharge drum, adjust the siphon suction location can change the siphon indoor surface depth, to change the filter driver, adjust the filter speed, processing capacity, filter cake moisture content and the washing efficiency.

Due to the siphon function of GKH series centrifuge, it has increased the filtering impetus, and can obtain lower water content of filter cake than GK type when processing materials with higher viscosity.The recoil device can be installed to add the recoil liquid into the siphon room when necessary. The washing liquid will flow into the drum through the filter medium to restore the filtration performance of the filter medium and obtain regeneration.

虹吸式臥式刮刀卸料離心機(jī)適合于生產(chǎn)量大、要求濾餅含濕量低并充分洗滌的場(chǎng)合，廣泛應(yīng)用于淀粉、、磷酸鈣等物料的分離。
