1.全密閉、潔凈型結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)，符合cGMP要求，滿足藥品、食品的無(wú)菌生產(chǎn)要求。

2.隔墻式結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)，電機(jī)傳動(dòng)、液壓潤(rùn)滑等動(dòng)力系統(tǒng)與轉(zhuǎn)鼓、機(jī)殼、進(jìn)出料裝置等生產(chǎn)區(qū)通過(guò)機(jī)座面板與墻體的柔性連接，隔斷。

GKF型防爆式臥式刮刀卸料離心機(jī)是連續(xù)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)、間隙操作的過(guò)濾式離心機(jī)，結(jié)構(gòu)與系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)時(shí)充分考慮到制藥工業(yè)中的GMP要求，適用于制藥及防爆要求場(chǎng)合。

隔墻式安裝形式，使工作區(qū)域與機(jī)座、傳動(dòng)、液壓裝置隔離，獨(dú)立式液壓系統(tǒng)和潤(rùn)滑系統(tǒng)，配置氮?dú)獗Ｗo(hù)系統(tǒng)（選裝），在線清洗系統(tǒng)（選裝），氣體反吹（選裝），PLC程序控制，變頻器調(diào)速，電阻能耗制動(dòng)。

其控制方式為自動(dòng)控制(也可手動(dòng)控制)。離心機(jī)操作過(guò)程中的進(jìn)料、分離、洗滌、脫水、卸料及濾布再生、在線清洗、氮?dú)獗Ｗo(hù)等過(guò)程按預(yù)先設(shè)定的程序運(yùn)行，單次循環(huán)時(shí)間短，處理量大，并可獲得較好的過(guò)濾(濾餅含水率較低)和洗滌效果。
